  1. Your list are the best, they are my favorite books and my favorite girls. One man who know how to write about badass woman is Rick Riordan, Annabeth is the best, but Talia, Rachelle, Reyna, they are amazing too

Arya ( The Inheritance Cycle) such a shame the movie was awful, they lost an amazing girl.

Hermione, is the queen, she is perfection

    1. haha I don't even acknowledge that there was a movie for Eragon. I refuse to remember that there was one. And yes, Hermione and Celaena are both my queens! <3

  3. I have Celaena, Hermione and Annabeth on my list as well. I was thinking of including Arya (both of them) as well, they are pretty much my favorite characters from those series.

    Great list!

  5. Arya is a fierce, little thing :D
I liked how flawed and strong Kelsea was. She felt very realistic to me.
I will be reading this series soon, I hope.
ALINA. It's a shame that she has such a bad taste in guys, but she is the best.
Celaena is my girl crush, haha, I adore her :)

    1. I agree with you! I thought Kelsea was flawed but that gave her a different kind of strength! Celaena is my girl crush too!! Ugh I just heart her so much!!!!

  7. YES I had Rachelle on my list today as well! She’s so incredible and I really want to read her story again, even though it’s only been a few weeks :P

Only one more week until The Winner’s Crime… I’m so excited! After that cliffhanger, I’m really kind of scared about what’s going to happen O_O

And I’ll have a bad bookworm moment here and admit that I never finished Brisingr and I’ve owned Inheritance for years but never picked it up.

    1. YAYAYYA! TWINSIES!!! Rachelle was amazing, am I right?

Girl... Winner's Crime. The release date has been marked on my calendar for MONTHS! I so can't wait to flail and fangirl and then pass out from all the feels!

Ahhhh. You haven't finished the series? I don't blame you, actually. Brisingr was SOOOO hard for me to get into. It was so very very slow. It's actually one of my least favorite books in the series. Inheritance was bomb, though I felt like he tried to add too many side plots so he could explore them later in different novels (because he does plan to revisit Alagaesia).

  8. I really need to get reading some of these; I'm only familiar with the characters from the last two books/series on your list! I think I might like The Song of the Lioness series... and I've got the first book in The Grisha trilogy in my TBR pile. Oh, and I want to read The Winner's Curse. (TTT always reminds me of all these great-sounding books that I haven't gotten around to reading yet.)

    1. Oh you should totally read Song of the Lioness series. Some of my favorite MG/YA novels. Very good feminist fantasy fiction. The Winner's Curse and Grisha trilogy are both phenomenal!!!!

  9. It seems I must read the Throne of Glass series, because I hear of it everywhere. And I want to much to read The Game of Thrones!

Some of my favorites are Solveig from Icefall by Matthew J. Kirby and I'm kind of partial to Imogen from The False Prince.

    1. Oh you must, you truly truly must!! They are my absolute favorites!!!! GoT is also very good, if you don't mind reading books the size of bricks.

I have Icefall. I really need to read it ASAP.

  10. <3 to Celeana, Hermoine, Luna, Annabeth, and Kestrel! I feel like all five are strong but still maintain their individuality, and that something unique sets them apart from others. For example, with Celaena, I love how determined she is, but also her passions for fashion, books and music. Or with Hermoine, she maintains perfect grades as the highest witch of her ages, but still makes time for pleasure reading.

    1. I know!!! Everyone love Celaena. There's no way you can't love her! Cruel Beauty is great but Crimson Bound (which is also a standalone) is a thousand times better!
